noisy poolstuck air conditioning
I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The pool area on the second floor was quite noisy, due to its proximity to traffic (it wasn't very relaxing). I also attempted to use the clear kayak in the pool. It took a long time to get any information and I ended up giving up. the air conditioning in the room seemed stuck at 23 degrees, blowing directly onto the pillows. It made it quite cold at night (I couldn't seem to adjust it).

the room itself met basic expectations. it was clean.
check-in took an awful long time. there was a significant line, and staff seemed very slow. i also found the breakfast choices pretty limited, and the food quality wasnt so great. i ended up eating out most mornings instead.
